As Shah Rukh Khan gears up to celebrate his 60th birthday on November 2, excitement around his upcoming projects and family collaborations is at an all-time high. While fans have already begun gathering outside Mannat to catch a glimpse of the superstar, SRK’s recent interaction with fans on X gave a rare glimpse into his emotional yet professional relationship with his children, Aryan and Suhana Khan.

During his #AskSRK session, a fan asked him how it felt to be directed by Aryan in The Bads Of Bollywood and now to share screen space with Suhana in King. The user wrote, “How does it feel being directed by Aryan in some scenes and now acting alongside Suhana in your upcoming film? Must be a proud dad moment!”

In his typically humble and grounded way, Shah Rukh Khan replied, “On sets I respect them like my colleagues and appreciate their inputs and hard work. Off sets, I just wish and pray their hard work pays off.”

The answer reflects SRK’s quiet pride and the discipline that defines his work ethic, the same principles he seems to have passed down to his children.

For those unaware, Shah Rukh made a cameo appearance in Aryan Khan’s debut directorial series The Bads Of Bollywood*. The Netflix project, which premiered on September 18, features Bobby Deol, Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, Sahher Bambba, Anya Singh, Mona Singh, and Rajat Bedi. The show received strong online traction for its edgy take on the darker side of the Hindi film industry and Aryan’s fresh narrative style.
