Rekha remembers Dharmendra with emotional tribute at his prayer meet, watch video

Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 89. To commemorate his life and cinematic legacy, the Deol family held a prayer meet on November 27, at Seaside Lawns, Taj Lands End in Mumbai. The event featured a special musical tribute, with Sonu Nigam performing some of Dharmendra’s most iconic songs to honour the veteran actor.

Among the many stars who attended, veteran actress Rekha was seen offering her condolences, reflecting the deep respect she held for Dharmendra both personally and professionally.

Rekha’s presence at the prayer meet became a poignant moment for fans and the film fraternity alike. Dressed in simple white traditional attire, the actress participated in the rituals and spent time with Dharmendra’s family, expressing her grief over the loss of one of Bollywood’s most iconic figures.
