Get ready to groove, Mumbai — Grammy-winning Afrobeats sensation Tyla is heading to India for the very first time! The South African star, best known for her global chartbuster Water, will perform live at the Indian Sneaker Festival (ISF) this December, and fans couldn’t be more excited.
Tyla's eagerly anticipated India debut will take place during the two-day festival on December 6 and 7, 2025, at the MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex. The singer, who is well-known for her amazing vocals, mesmerising dance skills, and charisma on stage, is expected to be one of the main draws of this year's lineup.
Regarding her forthcoming performance, Tyla shared her excitement, saying, “I’m thrilled to be part of the Indian Sneaker Festival. It’s incredible to see such a vibrant landscape dedicated to sneaker and street culture in India. I look forward to connecting with all my fans in India for the very first time.”
The Indian Sneaker Festival 2025 is shaping up to be its most ambitious edition yet.
In its seventh year, the festival is bringing together some of the biggest names in the world of music, including Brazilian DJ-producer Alok, Belgian techno queen Charlotte de Witte, and American rapper Lil Yachty. The event promises to offer a unique blend of Afrobeats, hip-hop, electronic, and dance music thanks to its diverse lineup.
Beyond just the music, ISF has grown into a cultural phenomenon that unites thousands of fans and creative thinkers in a celebration of street art, fashion and sneakers. Over 60,000 people are anticipated to attend this year, making it one of the largest music and lifestyle festivals India has ever seen.

Festival attendees can anticipate live art installations, streetwear showcases, limited-edition sneaker drops, interactive brand pop-ups and live performances, all set to the music of some of the most innovative artists in the world.
