Bobby Deol, who plays an important role in Aryan Khan’s first Netflix series, The Bads of Bollywood, recently opened up about the tough times Aryan has faced in his life.

His remarks sparked controversy because former NCB cop Sameer Wankhede is suing the show for defamation. In spite of this, the show has received positive reviews from both critics and viewers, who have praised its compelling plot and outstanding performances.

On Raj Shamani’s podcast, Bobby was asked if he saw any similarities between himself and Aryan, since both come from big film families. Bobby was candid, saying, “I guess, I wish I had the same fire as he has now. I mean, I started off with a lot of fire... but things got delayed for me a lot... Other than that, no, I think he's very talented. I don't know if I am that talented. His persona attracts you.”

He also talked about the pressure Aryan must be under, and how it compares to what he experienced. “Definitely. I'm sure he is. I mean, he has been through a lot more than I have, in many other ways, which no child should ever go through. But that's the way the world is becoming right now.”
