As per the latest development in the Bigg Boss house, the housemates who participated went through the first nomination for this season and have nominated Shivani Kumari and Neeraj Goyat for the elimination.
In today's episode (June 26), Bigg Boss OTT 3 witnessed the first elimination of the season with Boxer Neeraj Goyat getting evicted from the house. He is the first contestant to get eliminated in this season.
Bigg Boss asked all the contestants to choose either Shivani or Neeraj as to whom they wanted to see getting evicted.
Out of the 16 contestants, Armaan, Sai Ketan, Ranvir Shorey, Sana Sultan, Poulomi, Kritika, Munisha, Naezy, Lovekesh, Vishal and Payal voted out Shivani. Most of them reasoned by saying that she fights a lot and doesn't deserve to stay there.
However, Chandrika, Sana Makbul and Deepak took Neeraj's name.
But adding a twist in the episode, Bigg Boss further announced that despite a majority of the housemates voting against Shivani, the final decision solely depended on the audience's votes. Shivani began crying while they kept taking her name one by one.
Finally Bigg Boss declared that according to the viewers, Neeraj got the least amount of votes and hence he got evicted and Shivani continued in the house.
In the live feed which streams 24 hours on Jio Cinema, Bigg Boss had invited housemates to vote against one of Shivani and Neeraj who they did not want to see in the house. Nine out of fourteen candidates voted against Shivani Kumari. But the creators instantly discontinued the live feed after that.
Well, the viewers are curious to know how Neeraj got eliminated from the house despite getting the fewest votes against him. His fans are disappointed with the decision.
Fans of Neeraj Goyat have begun to criticise the filmmakers for targeting him. For those who have arrived late, Neeraj has lambasted the producers for giving the housemates cigarettes rather than food, which they require the most. Fans believe Bigg Boss took revenge on Neeraj Goyat.
