Following Shah Rukh Khan’s temporary move from his iconic residence Mannat, fellow Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is also preparing to vacate his long-time home in Bandra’s Pali Hill area. The actor’s building is scheduled for redevelopment as part of a new ultra-luxury project launched by Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL).

Aamir Khan, who owns multiple apartments in the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, will soon move out along with other residents as the building undergoes a complete transformation.

The redevelopment will make way for swanky 4 and 5 BHK sea-view apartments, with each unit reportedly priced at over Rs 1 lakh per square foot. The project is expected to elevate the living standards in the area, making it one of Mumbai’s most high-end addresses.
According to Manan Shah, Managing Director of the MICL Group, residents including Aamir Khan will be temporarily accommodated in rehabilitation flats as part of the same redevelopment project. Fortunately, Aamir also owns another luxury property in the Pali Hill locality, estimated to be worth Rs 9 crore, giving him an alternative residence during this period.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan has already moved out of Mannat, where renovations are in full swing. Plans for Mannat include adding two new floors to the six-storey structure. Permissions for this expansion were reportedly submitted to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) by Gauri Khan. The proposed extension will add over 616 square meters to the mansion’s built-up area.
