Lok Sabha Election Results: Tejasvi Surya calls election results a historic mandate for PM Modi

Congress leader and Lok Sabha candidate Digvijaya Singh remarked that the INDIA Bloc’s lead in the early trends is 'motivating'. Additionally, Congress candidate from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat, Vikramaditya Singh, along with his mother and Himachal Pradesh Congress Chief Pratibha Singh, offered prayers at Jakhu Temple in Shimla. Chief Election Commissioner of India (CEC) Rajiv Kumar mentioned that election officers have been trained to follow the rule book and maintain "full transparency" during the counting of votes. BJP candidate from Bengaluru South, Tejasvi Surya, stated, "This seems to be a historic electoral mandate that people of India have given in favor of PM Narendra Modi and the BJP."
