UPSC IFS Mains 2024 DAF 2 Released: Submit forms by Jan 27, direct link here

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) for the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2024. Candidates who are eligible can now access the form on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in. The deadline for submitting the DAF-II form is 27 January 2025.

How to Fill the DAF-II Form

Eligible candidates can follow these steps to complete their DAF-II submission:

1. Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.


2. On the homepage, locate the ‘What’s New’ section.


3. Click on the link titled ‘DAF-II: Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2024’.


4. Enter your credentials on the new page and click Submit.


5. Complete the DAF-II form by providing the required details and submit it.

Candidates are advised to complete the process within the given timeframe. Those who fail to submit the form will have their candidature cancelled, and no further correspondence will be entertained by the Commission. Furthermore, such candidates will not receive an e-Summon Letter for the Personality Test.

The Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2024 was conducted from 24 November to 1 December 2024. A total of 370 candidates have qualified for the next stage of the selection process, which is the Personality Test.
