Governor Ravi Flags High Dalit Atrocities in Tamil Nadu
Tamil Nadu Governor R. N. Ravi stated that the state, despite its high literacy and emphasis on social justice, continues to see a disproportionately high number of atrocities against Dalits. The Governor highlighted the disturbing trend, pointing to a 50% rise in crimes against Dalits since 2020 and a very low conviction rate, which has sparked a strong response from the ruling DMK party.

Sonam Wangchuk Pledges Jail Stay for Leh Probe
