The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has commenced the registration process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2024. Aspiring candidates can now register online starting from February 4.
The NEET SS exam, scheduled for March 29 and 30, is a crucial eligibility and ranking examination mandated under Section 61(2) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019. The scores from this exam will be the basis for admissions to all DM and MCh courses across India, including those offered by private medical colleges, universities, deemed universities, and Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions. Furthermore, the NEET SS score will also be used for admissions to all DrNB Super-specialty courses, excluding the direct 6-year DrNB programs.
The deadline for submitting applications is February 24. A window for editing applications will be available from February 27 to March 3, with a final edit window specifically for correcting image discrepancies open from March 11 to 13. Admit cards are expected to be released on March 25th. Results are anticipated by April 30, the same date as the cut-off for qualifying MD/MS/DNB broad specialty qualifications for NEET SS 2024 eligibility.
