CBSE CTET December 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the exam city intimation slips for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024. Candidates who registered for the exam can now download their slips from the official website, ctet.nic.in.
The CTET determines the eligibility of candidates for teacher positions in Classes 1 to 8 at Central Government Schools (NVS/KVS) and other affiliated schools. The exam will be held on December 14, 2024 (Saturday) across 136 cities in offline mode. If the number of applicants exceeds capacity in certain cities, the exam may be conducted on December 15th, 2024, as well.
Exam Timings and Paper Breakdown
CTET Paper I: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM (Morning Shift) - For aspiring teachers of Classes 1 to 5.
CTET Paper II: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Evening Shift) - For aspiring teachers of Classes 6 to 8.
Both papers will consist of objective multiple-choice questions. Candidates need to score a minimum of 60% to qualify for the CTET.
Important Update: As announced by the CBSE, the CTET score validity is now lifetime.
How to download CTET Exam City Slip 2024?
Step 1. Go to the official CTET website: ctet.nic.in
Step 2. On the homepage or under a specific section, you'll find a link labeled "Exam City Slip" or something similar.
Step 3. Provide your application number and date of birth.
Step 4. Your exam city slip will be displayed on the screen after verification.
Step 5. You can download it as a PDF file.
