BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha Phase 3: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially started the online application process for the BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha 2025 Phase 3, also known as the Local Body Teachers Competency Test (CTT). Aspiring teachers seeking employment in primary, middle, secondary, and higher secondary schools across Bihar can now apply through the official portal, https://www.bsebsakshamta.com/. The application window will remain active until March 12, 2025.

This state-level examination aims to assess the competency of teachers and librarians currently employed or appointed by local bodies in Bihar. The test is a crucial opportunity for educators who were unable to clear Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the competency tests or could not appear for them due to unforeseen circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria

• Teachers and librarians currently working in primary, middle, secondary, or higher secondary schools under local bodies in Bihar are eligible to apply.


• Candidates who failed to clear Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the competency test can reappear for Phase 3.


• Those who applied for Phase 2 but could not appear for the exam due to unavoidable reasons are also eligible to apply without paying the examination fee again.

Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1,100, which can be submitted online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. However, applicants who had previously paid the fee for Phase 2 but did not appear for the exam are exempt from paying the fee again.
