In a speech that has again laid bare the terror-state nexus in Pakistan, a US-designated terrorist was seen delivering a highly provocative public speech in the country in which he vowed to “conquer Delhi” and spread Islam “across the world.”

Lashkar-e-Taiba leader Hafiz Abdur Rauf, who was seen leading the funeral prayers for terrorists killed in Pakistan during Operation Sindoor, spewed venom against India during a speech delivered in Punjab’s Habibabad in November.

In a video doing the rounds on X, Rauf can be heard claiming that India will “not dare to attack Pakistan for the next 50 years” after the four-day military escalation in May. He then goes on to spread familiar boastful claims, peddled by the Pakistani leadership for months, to claim “victory” against India.

“Not just Kashmir, Islam will rule the whole world. I have more information. Once Amir Makki Saab (Abdul Rehman Makki, LeT co-founder) said we will conquer Delhi, and it will happen,” he said.
