White House endorses Trump for Nobel Peace Prize: What’s the selection process and what India said

The White House on Friday called for Nobel Peace Prize for Donald Trump, asserting that the US President has brokered one peace deal per month during his six months in office.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that Trump has ended six conflicts, including those involving India & Pakistan and Israel & Iran, declaring: “it is well past time that Trump should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize”.

“President Trump has now ended conflicts between Thailand and Cambodia, Israel and Iran, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, India and Pakistan, Serbia and Kosovo, and Egypt and Ethiopia," Leavitt said.
