US President Donald Trump expressed strong support for Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard after she criticized the prosecution of former President Barack Obama and top officials from his administration.
Gabbard accused those individuals of conspiring to undermine Trump’s 2016 election victory and sabotage his presidency.
In a Truth Social post of Trump, he praised a Fox News panel hosted by Harrison Fields, stating they “prosecuted” Obama and his “thugs” for what he described as “unequivocally exposed” election fraud at the “highest levels” in 2016.
"Great job by young and talented Harrison Fields on FoxNews. The Panel was fantastic on prosecuting Obama and the “thugs” who have just been unequivocally exposed on highest level Election Fraud. Congratulations to Tulsi Gabbard. Keep it coming!!!" Trump said.
He also gave a shout out to Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, saying, “Keep it coming!!!” as she pushes for criminal charges against Obama and top officials for allegedly cooking up a “treasonous conspiracy” to sabotage his first term.
On Friday, Tulsi Gabbard declassified a report concerning the Obama administration’s handling of the so-called Russia hoax, revealing “overwhelming evidence” that, following Donald Trump’s 2016 victory over Hillary Clinton, then-President Barack Obama and his national security team initiated steps that led to the years-long Trump–Russia collusion investigation.
She asserted that officials deliberately relied on the Steele dossier to imply Russian interference, despite doubts about its credibility. She is now calling for investigations and prosecutions, having submitted documents to the Justice Department to back her claims.
Besides Obama, Gabbard has also named former DNI James Clapper, ex-CIA Director John Brennan, and former FBI Director James Comey, among others.
