- An additional 5% subsidy for women entrepreneurs, SC/ST/Backward Class investors, and projects in priority destinations
- 100% exemption on stamp duty, land conversion charges, and development fees
- Interest subsidies on loans for eligible projects
- Employment subsidies for units hiring 50+ locals, including special support for differently-abled-friendly units
