Vivo X300 Ultra could launch early 2026 as the most premium phone in the X300 lineup. Even before the official announcement, leaks have started creating buzz. A tipster claims it will come with a 6.82-inch display from BOE, making it one of the biggest screens in Vivo’s flagship family. Fans are already excited.
Leaks from Weibo suggest the X300 Ultra might get a 6.82-inch flat LTPO screen with 2K resolution. The display could support 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO tech for smoother scrolling and better battery efficiency. The design is said to have thin edges and a sharp, boxy metal frame, giving it a clean and premium look.
Design leaks say the phone will carry a large round camera island, similar to the X200 Ultra. But unlike its predecessor, the X300 Ultra may skip the dedicated camera button. The camera layout might still look familiar, but users could miss the convenience of a physical shutter-style button on the side.
Vivo introduced the camera button with the X200 Ultra in 2024, calling it a big upgrade for photo lovers. It supported sliding gestures and worked like a thumb-friendly shutter or settings adjuster in landscape mode. The X300 Ultra may drop it, but Vivo could still bring strong camera features through software and new sensors.
