Launch Date Locked
Vivo has officially announced that the Vivo V60 is launching in India on August 12 at 12 noon. It’s the follow-up to the Vivo V50, and the brand is calling it their new photography-centric phone. If you're into mobile photography, this one’s worth keeping an eye on.
Colours and Design
The V60 will come in three colours — Mist Gray, Moonlit Blue, and Auspicious Gold. Its design stays true to the Vivo V series with a sleek, curved back and a camera module shaped like a pill. There's also a ZEISS branding on the camera, which hints at better photos.
Camera Setup That Pops
Vivo is focusing heavily on cameras here. The phone has three rear cameras including a 50MP Sony IMX766 main lens, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, you get a 50MP front camera with a wide 92° view — ideal for group selfies or scenic backgrounds.
Fast and Tough
The Vivo V60 is powered by the new Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, finally ditching the older version. It comes with up to 12GB RAM and boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it's water and dust resistant. So it's built to last, even if you're a little clumsy.
Big Battery, Fast Charging
This phone packs a big 6,500mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging, so power won’t be a problem. Expect a smooth screen too — 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. While not official yet, the price is expected to land between Rs 35,000 to Rs 45,000.
