After launching the Redmi Note 14 series, Xiaomi is now gearing up to introduce a new model in the lineup. The upcoming Redmi Note 14S is expected to arrive as the successor to the Note 12S, which was introduced in 2023. The device has already been spotted on multiple certification websites, and now a new report has revealed its major specifications, renders, and expected price of the Note 14S, claiming that it will be unveiled soon.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 14S: Expected design, price
According to a Winfuture.de report, the Redmi Note 14S is expected to launch soon in India and select Eastern European countries. The images shared in the report show the design of the Redmi Note 14S, which appears to be similar to the Redmi Note 13 Pro design. It has a squarish rear camera module on the top left corner, with three camera sensors and an LED flash unit.
Moreover, the display has a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout and thin bezels on all sides. The report also mentions that the Redmi 14S will carry a price tag of around EUR 240 (around Rs 22,500) and is expected to be offered in black, green, and purple colour shades.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 14S: Expected specifications
The Redmi Note 14S will reportedly have a Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Further, as per the report, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. In terms of optics, the Note 14S could be equipped with a triple rear camera setup, including a 200MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support alongside an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies and video calls, it is tipped to get a 16MP sensor at the front.
Moreover, the Note 14S may pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging. It is expected to support 4G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC connectivity and will boot with Android 14-based HyperOS skin on top.
