The brand has also announced that one of the upcoming variants of the Magic Flip 2 is designed by fashion designer Jimmy Choo. Recent leaks have also confirmed its key specifications.

Through a new Weibo post, Honor has revealed that the Magic V Flip 2 will launch in China on August 21. The post also confirms that the upcoming clamshell foldable handset is currently available for pre-reservations via the official website and select e-commerce platforms. The official product listing also reveals that the foldable will be available in four colour options, including blue, grey, purple, and white. Notably, the standout variant is the sparkling blue variant, which is designed by Jimmy Choo, with his name engraved on its hinge.

A recent leak has confirmed that the Honor Magic V Flip 2 will have a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED foldable panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and ultra-thin glass protection. On the outside, the device will sport a large 4-inch LTPO OLED cover display with a similar 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
