Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold 5G launching on August 20: Here’s what to expect

Design Upgrades & IP68 Protection
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will sport a sleeker design with slimmer bezels, a flat satin metal frame, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It’s expected to be the first foldable with an IP68 rating, marking a major durability milestone. New Moonstone and Jade colour options are also on the cards.

Brighter & Smoother Displays
Expect a 6.4-inch cover OLED display and an 8-inch main foldable panel, both supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is tipped to hit 2700 nits of peak brightness, making it one of the brightest foldables on the market.

Camera: Small Upgrades, Big Ambitions
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will feature a 50MP GN8 main camera, along with a 10.5MP ultrawide and a 10.8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. Dual 10MP selfie cameras (cover and inner screen) will handle front-facing duties.

Tensor G5 Power & Android 16
Under the hood, the Tensor G5 chip (3nm) will drive performance, backed by up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The foldable will launch with Android 16, featuring Google’s Material 3 Expressive UI overhaul.

Price & India Launch Details
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to be priced at around Rs 1,72,999, similar to its predecessor. The US pricing leak suggests a $1799 tag. The India launch is set for August 20, 2025, with pre-orders likely to open immediately after.
