Alibaba, the Chinese e-commerce company, has just made its latest AI model, Wan 2.1, free for public use. This means anyone whether you are a researcher, developer, or a business owner, you can access it to generate images and videos from text or pictures.

Why is this a big deal? Well, AI-generated visuals are becoming more advanced, and Alibaba’s move makes this technology available to more people. The company has released four different versions of Wan 2.1, with some capable of processing 14 billion data points. That basically means better quality and more accurate results.
