Former Realme CEO Madhav Sheth's latest venture, NxtQuantum, has unveiled its first smartphones in India, dubbed AI+ Pulse and AI+ Nova 5G smartphones. Both smartphones run on Android 15-based NxtQuantum operating system (OS), which is fully developed in India. Moreover, it has been approved to store user data in MeitY-approved (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) Google Cloud servers.
AI+ Pulse, AI+ Nova 5G: Price, availability
The AI+ Pulse has a starting price of Rs 4,999 for the base model with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. Further, the 6GB + 128GB variant is available at Rs 6,999. Meanwhile, the AI+ Nova 5G comes at Rs 7,999 for the base variant with 6GB + 128GB configuration, while the 8GB + 128 GB model is priced at Rs 9,999.
The AI+ Pulse will go on sale starting July 12, while the Nova 5G will be available from July 13 on Flipkart. These handsets will be available in Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Purple colour shades, and will have an Rs 500 instant discount as part of promotional offers.
AI+ Pulse, AI+ Nova 5G: Specifications, features
Both the AI+ Pulse and the AI+ Nova 5G smartphones come with a 6.7-inch HD+ display with 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rates, respectively. Moreover, the AI+ Pulse is powered by a Unisoc T615 chipset, while the AI+ Nova 5G comes with the Unisoc T8200 SoC. They run the company’s native NxtQuantum OS and support up to 1TB expandable storage.
In terms of optics, the AI+ Pulse and AI+ Nova 5G smartphones come with dual rear cameras led by 50MP primary rear sensors. Both phones also get a 5MP selfie camera. Both smartphones pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support and come with side-mounted fingerprint scanners.
The devices also support regional languages and feature a NxtPrivacy Dashboard, which is said to show users the apps that are tracking their data. The NxtQuantumOS also features the NxtQuantum PlayStore, NxtQuantum Theme Design Tool, Community App, Community Wallpaper, and NxtMove App.
