Adobe has announced the launch of Premiere on iPhone, a new mobile version of its industry-leading video editor, designed to put pro-quality editing tools in the hands of creators on the go. Available today worldwide on the App Store, the app offers a fast, intuitive editing experience with powerful features for short films, YouTube and TikTok content, podcasts, music videos, and more.

The app brings many of Premiere Pro’s best features to mobile, including an unlimited multi-track timeline with 4K HDR editing, frame-accurate cuts, animated captions, speed and motion effects, and instant background removal. Creators also get access to millions of free assets such as fonts, stickers, images, and royalty-free music tracks. Exports are optimised for every major platform, from TikTok and Instagram to YouTube Shorts, with automatic resizing to keep the main action in frame.

AI plays a major role, with Enhance Speech for crystal-clear voiceovers and Generative Sound Effects for perfectly timed audio. Adobe’s generative AI also supports custom stickers, seamless background expansion, and even image-to-video creation.

“Premiere on iPhone makes it easy for creators to craft and share stories with studio-quality audio, precise editing tools, and stunning visuals,” said Mike Polner, VP of product marketing at Adobe.
