Key players that are still essential to the Titans' ambitions for the upcoming season include captain Shubman Gill, Rashid Khan, Sai Sudharsan, Rahul Tewatia, Shahrukh Khan, Jos Buttler, Mohammed Siraj, and others.
The team has released Gerald Coetzee, Karim Janat, Mahipal Lomror, Dasun Shanaka, and Kulwant Khejroliya as part of the squad reorganisation. The team's focus on preserving equilibrium and bolstering particular areas in advance of the 2026 campaign is reflected in these actions.
The Gujarat Titans, the 2022 champions, qualified for the playoffs but were knocked out by Mumbai Indians in the Eliminator in the previous edition.
