Controversy erupts as Pakistan women cricketer Nashra Sundhu replicates Haris Rauf’s controversial ‘0-6’ gesture

Pakistan women cricketer Nashra Sundhu has adopted a similar tactic just after pacer Haris Rauf caused a great deal of controversy with his 0-6 and plane-crashing gestures during a match against India.

Nashra Sundhu is a member of the Pakistan women's cricket team and they played on Monday against South Africa at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. She became the fastest Pakistani woman to reach 100 wickets in ODI cricket after taking six scalps during the match.

Although many praised her on-field performance, some felt that, in light of the ongoing India-Pakistan debate around the 2025 Asia Cup, the six-finger sign she made could have been avoided.
