On Tuesday, June 25, the launch of the NOAA’s GOES-U weather satellite will take place. The two-hour launch window goes open at 5:16 p.m. EDT (2:46 a.m. IST).

The live coverage of the launch can be seen on the public broadcasting done on Space.com at 3p.m. EDT (12:30 a.m.). The coverage can also be seen at the official X profile of the company @SpaceX.

The NOAA’s GOES-U (Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites) spacecraft, is getting launched to monitor weather and environmental phenomena.

The satellite will be launched on top of Space X Falcon Heavy Rocket, from the launch pad 39A at NASA Kennedy Space Center.
