In a major update for devotees, the Ram Darbar at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir was opened for public darshan on Saturday, June 8, 2025. Installed on the first floor of the grand temple complex, the Darbar features Lord Rama in his royal form, accompanied by idols of Sita, Lakshman, Bharat, Shatrughan, and Hanuman. The decision to allow darshan was taken late Friday evening by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, following coordination with local authorities.

Ram Darbar Darshan Timings & Slot Details

To ensure a smooth darshan experience, passes are now mandatory for visiting the Ram Darbar, similar to those issued for Ram Lalla Darshan. Available Time Slots:


  1. Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

  2. Late Morning: 9:00 am – 11:00 am

  3. Afternoon: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

  4. Evening: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

  5. Late Evening: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

  6. Night: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Each slot allows 300 devotees, with 150 passes allotted to the district administration and 150 to the temple trust. Of these, 100 are for ‘special darshan’ and 50 for ‘easy access darshan’.

What Devotees Will See at the Ram Darbar

The Ram Darbar installation is part of the temple’s ongoing development, symbolizing Lord Rama's divine court. Along with Lord Ram and his family, the temple complex also houses newly installed idols in eight sacred shrines:

Built in traditional Nagara style, the Ayodhya Ram Mandir stands as a monumental symbol of faith. The three-storey structure spans:


Anil Mishra, member of the temple trust, confirmed the opening and added that more passes would be issued in the coming days. Champat Rai, the Trust's General Secretary, granted official approval after a meeting with the district officials. This darshan facility marks another milestone in the ongoing efforts to complete the Ram Mandir by September–October 2025.
