Flagged off in 2005, with the modest 5,000 nominations, the Emerging India Awards jointly hosted by ICICI Bank has grown to become India's largest SME recognition platform. Over its eight year journey, the awards have recognised some path breaking companies and have become a benchmark of excellence for Indian small and medium enterprises (SME).
