The Mindmine Institute is a think-tank set up by the Hero Group focusing on some of its research work and bringing it together, which culminates into the Mindmine Summit 2012. Mindmine Institute encourages active discussion, debate and thought leadership on issues to do with India Inc, Indians and India's global relationships.


Mindmine Summit has a new logo this year -- The Rubik's cube. It has also instituted awards called the BML Munjal Awards a few years back. For learning and development, which are given to two companies, one in the private and one in the public sector to those companies who use people development training initiatives as a strategy and whose business actually gains from this strategy.
