Former IAS Officer Srivatsa Krishna topped the National Civil Services exam in 1994, won the Presidents gold medal and joined the IAS. He was instrumental in building Hyderabad’s reputation as the cyber capital of India. He spoke in a personal capacity as an observer and commentator on technology and policy issues.
RS Sharma, Director General UIDAI. He is the Director General and mission director secretary to the Government of India of the Unique Identification Authority of India and is responsible for implementing this ambitious and challenging project undertaken by the Government of India for providing unique identification to all its residents.
Sandeep Aurora, Director, Sales and Marketing Group - South Asia Intel Technology India. Sandeep is responsible for driving the Intel brand and to define the market growth strategies for all Intels products and technologies in the South Asia region. There are four key issues when it comes to building IT infrastructure in the country and they are: 1. Building the physical information highway, cables, wireless, all the in betweens. 2. The availability of different devices at different price points to access this highway. 3. Third is locally relevant content and 4. Fourth and most important is digital literacy across the country.
