One of the most discussed and awarded campaigns this year was the 'Like A Girl' campaign. The film created by Leo Burnett Canada for Procter and Gamble's feminine hygiene brand 'Always' addresses the age old gender bias issue. It managed to garner more than 85 million views on YouTube.
