Last week the government announced a slew of changes to FDI policy covering real estate, defence, aviation, broadcasting media, retail, agriculture and plantation, NRIs & LLPs. The quantity of changes is impressive. But what about the quality? The Modi government wants to radically change how India does business with the world – and so Menaka Doshi of CNBC-TV18 asks - are  these changes to India’s FDI policy – Radical or Incremental?
