Maharashtra water crisis: How bad is the situation really?

The drought stricken Marathwada region in Maharashtra has had its share of problems over the past two years, but matters are now coming to a head. The principle source of water for Latur district has dried up, leaving the administration scrambling for other sources, and the local populace fuming. As part of our special series, What's Ailing Rural India, CNBC-TV18's Alexander Mathew goes to ground zero in Latur to find out how bad the water crisis really is.
