Bombay High Court grants bail to Aryan Khan in cruise drugs case

During the hearing, Additional Solicitor General of India (ASG) Anil Singh, who is representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) pointed out that Aryan was found in ‘conscious possession’ of contraband.

The Bombay High Court on October 28 granted bail to Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Seth Merchantt in the Mumbai cruise drug bust case. Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3.

According to Bar and Bench, court's detailed order will be given tomorrow including operative part.

During the hearing, Additional Solicitor General of India (ASG) Anil Singh, who is representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) pointed out that Aryan was found in ‘conscious possession’ of contraband.

"Aryan Khan is a regular consumer of drugs. There is evidence to prove that he has been providing drugs," Singh said.
