A few months ago, a video of a couple of men chasing a moving car through the city streets went viral. The footage, captured from inside another vehicle, showed a group of men on scooters attempting to halt the car and follow it around threatening the car’s occupants.
This incident, captured on video and shared on X, led to the arrest of two men who tried to assault the occupants they were likely involved in an altercation with earlier.
