Cisco unveils X-series ADSL routers in India

They've also launched the RE1000 range extender and new E-series range

Cisco recently unveiled their new X-series range of all-in-one wireless routers with two models, the X2000 and the X3000. Both support ADSL2+ type broadband connections. Some of the features include wireless-N support with wireless transfer speeds up to 300 Mbps and Cisco Connect software that helps consumers set up their wireless network in a few easy steps on a Windows or Mac computer. The X2000 retails for Rs. 9,499, whereas the X3000 retails for Rs. 11,999. The extra cost is for Gigabit Ethernet ports and a USB port for sharing drives over the network. Click here for full story
