Sistema Shyam Teleservices (SSTL), which offers telecom services under the MTS brand, will be shutting down operations in 10 circles: Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, North East, Orissa and Punjab.
