It has rolled out its on-demand streaming service, NASA+, a new digital platform to offer a diverse range of ad-free and cost-free original content, including live launch coverage, animated children's programming, and the latest updates from the space agency.
Viewers can also watch personal stories of NASA astronauts, science experiments, and get behind the scenes of scientific endeavours.
Accessible on iOS and Android devices, as well as streaming platforms like Roku and Apple TV, NASA+ is also available at https://plus.nasa.gov.
Enhancing accessibility to global audience and benefiting people
Deputy Administrator Pam Melroy highlighted NASA's commitment to creating inspirational content for people worldwide, said together with the space agency's revamped website and updated app, NASA+ aims to showcase the extensive benefits of NASA's data for the betterment of humanity.

“NASA is a leader in the federal government for creating inspirational content that meets people where they are,” said Pam Melroy. “I am excited we have created a powerful trifecta with the recently revamped NASA website, the launch of NASA+, and the updated NASA App that showcases the many benefits our data can have for all humanity.”

The American space agency said NASA+ offering an educational journey for viewers worldwide will make the mysteries of space and science accessible, also underscoring the agency's commitment to sharing humanity's most extraordinary stories.
