The Bharatiya Janata Party’s ‘Sankalp Patra’ comes eight days after the principal opposition Congress announced its ‘Nyay Patra’ for the upcoming parliamentary polls. Titled as ‘Parivartan Patra’ (letter of change), RJD has highlighted altogether 24 promises in its manifesto.
