Election Exchange: Who's leading in the race for top job?

The countdown has begun – 31 days to go before the first ballot is cast. It is time now for the CNN-IBN Lokniti poll survey. Today we will bring you the big national picture; who does India want as the next Prime Minister.

Methodology of this survey

The findings are based on a survey conducted across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh by Lokniti, centre for study of developing societies between 17 and 23 February. 9,104 voters were surveyed across 512 locations of 138 parliamentary constituencies. These were the same constituencies sampled in the first two rounds of our election survey. The sample profile is representative of caste, gender, religion and weighted by census 2011 figures wherever necessary. It is time now for Election Exchange with Rajdeep Sardesai.
