To access EPF services such as withdrawals, KYC updation, and transfer claims, it is mandatory to link your Aadhaar number with your UAN. EPFO uses your Aadhaar card for any Aadhaar-based authentication and to check for fraud, etc. In case of non-linkage, your PF account can become restricted, and settlement of claims may get delayed. Linkage ensures that the processing is fast and all EPF services are easily accessible.
