The new lineup will be available in five different trim levels namely - Sport, Limited, Longitude, Longitude+ and Model S. The Sport trim will be the base model and will only be available with the diesel-manual powertrain; the Longitude trim will be offered with both 2WD manual and 9-speed automatic transmission options, acting as the new entry point for the Compass automatic range. The earlier version of the Compass lineup had diesel engines and automatic gearbox in 4x4 models and was available for more than Rs 29 lakh (ex-showroom) in the automatic variant.
