Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy on January 22 said the state government is 'aggressively' liberalising the policies of the state for a rapid economic growth.
The chief minister also said the government knows how to keep politics and development separate to not have an impact on the latter.
"Either it is YSR, BRS, Chandrababu Naidu or me, we all want development and politics will not come in the way of development. Policies will continue wherever required, so investors should not worry about that. We know how to keep politics separate," Reddy said told CNBC-TV18 during an interview in Davos on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum.
Moreover, Reddy said the government has taken a conscious decision to remove all the taxes on electric vehicles. The state government has also directed its officials to replace over 3,000 diesel buses with electric versions, Reddy said.
"We are focusing on artificial intelligence, green energy and data centres in the state."
