PM Narendra Modi to visit Himachal Pradesh, Punjab tomorrow to review flood situation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Himachal Pradesh and Punjab tomorrow (September 9) to review the flood and landslide situation in both states.

At around 1:30 PM, the Prime Minister will arrive in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, where he will chair a high-level review meeting with officials, interact with flood-affected people, and meet teams from the NDRF, SDRF and Aapda Mitra. He will also conduct an aerial survey of the worst-affected regions in the state.

Later in the afternoon, PM Modi will undertake an aerial survey of flood-hit areas in Punjab. He is scheduled to reach Gurdaspur around 4:15 PM, where he will hold discussions with senior officials and review the ground situation. He will also meet affected families and interact with rescue and relief personnel.
