Leader of opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi mounted an all-out offensive on the Modi government during the debate on the motion of thanks to President Droupadi Murmu's address.
Rahul criticised the NDA government for not being able to solve the problem of employment while admitting that both UPA and the present Modi dispensation have not been able to tackle the issue of jobs.

"Even though we have grown, we've grown fast, growing slightly slower now but we are growing. A universal problem that we have faced is that we have not been able to tackle the problem of unemployment. Neither the UPA govt nor today's NDA government has given a clear-cut answer to the youth of this country about employment."

* I was glad to see that PM Modi was forced to bow his head before the Constitution after the Lok Sabha results.
* Almost 70 lakh new voters were added to Maharashtra's electoral rolls between Lok Sabha and assembly elections. That's as much as the population of Himachal Pradesh. In a single building in Shirdi, over 7,000 voters were added. There is something problematic in all this.
