India junks Pakistan’s misinformation: No mosque targeted, no damage to Indian airbases

The Indian Armed Forces exposed the misinformation campaign run by Pakistan, with several claims including that Indian strikes hit mosques across the border.

As India and Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire, the Indian Armed Forces exposed the misinformation campaign run by Pakistan, with several claims including that Indian strikes hit mosques across the border.

Addressing a press briefing following the announcement of ceasefire, Colonel Sofiya Qureshi said, "Pakistan made false allegations that Indian Army damaged mosques. I want to make it very clear that India is a secular nation and our army is a very beautiful reflection of the constitutional value of India."

The Army also rubbished Pakistan's claim of destroying various places and military installations in India as "completely false".

The foreign secretary said the Pakistani claims about destroying the Sirsa and Surat air force stations are "completely false".
