Watch the interview of Nooresh Merani of Analyse India who shared his readings and outlook on specific stocks and sector & Harsh Roongta of apnapaisa.com who answered a few personal finance queries.
Below is the verbatim transcript of Nooresh Merani's interview with CNBC-TV18:
HSIL
HSIL made a nice move over the last one year and after the correction from Rs 465 to Rs 370 we expect a lot of support around Rs 350-370 levels. So this could be good entry points for the medium-term to long-term and the long-term trend is still positive and we expect the stock to go back to Rs 450-500 levels in the medium-term. So I would suggest the investor to add on to the position.
Indiabulls Real Estate
If you look at Indiabulls Real Estate, it might be down 18 percent in the last one year but it is almost down 50-80 percent in the last five-seven years. So what we have seen is in the real estate sector, it has always in a downtrend for the last five-seven years. At the same time, there are other opportunities in the same segment like Godrej Properties or Ashiana Housing. So I would suggest the investor to shift out of Indiabulls Real Estate and look for some stable companies, which are in a good uptrend on a technical and a fundamental basis. So the other two options would be Godrej and Ashiana Housing and exit on Indiabulls Real Estate.
