Stay away from cement space: Nitin Raheja

Nitin Raheja of AQF Advisors told CNBC-TV18, "Based on the current news flows and conditions stay away from cement stocks. There is definitely value if one looks at the valuations that some of the midcap cement counters offer, but that is purely based on a replacement value basis and the kind of value at which deals have been breaking."

"If someone is looking for earnings visibility and growth I do not think that sector has it and on the other side cost is going up. So I would typically stay away from cement," he said.
