Smartlink Network up 17%; to consider buyback on Feb 29

Moneycontrol BureauShares of Smartlink Network Systems gained nearly 17 percent intraday Thursday as the company is going to consider the buyback of shares.The company's board meeting will be held on February 29, 2016 to consider the proposal to buyback the fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 2 of the company.The company had posted a profit of Rs 27.56 lakh in quarter ended December 2015 against Rs 2.31 crore in the same quarter last year.At 09:31 hrs Smartlink Network Systems was quoting at Rs 92, up Rs 11.00, or 13.58 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
